What do I need to bring?

  • You will need grip socks.  If you don't already have some, they are available for purchase online through our App and you can pick them up when you arrive

Do I need special clothing?​

  • No, we recommend comfortable clothing suitable for exercising that allows you to move freely.  Avoid flowing pants however as these may become trapped in the reformer

Do I need to arrive early for my session?​

  • Our classes start strictly on time, so please plan to arrive 5 minutes early.

What is your cancellation policy?​

  • As our sessions are limited by the available bed space, we ask that you cancel at least 12 hours in advance to allow others to attend otherwise you may forfeit your class session.  

How often should I attend?​

  • For the best results we recommend you attend three or more times a week, but one session of Reformer Pilates is better than no sessions so choose a frequency that works for you.

How soon will I see the results?

  • In the words of Joseph Pilates "In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference, in 20 you'll see the difference and in 30 you'll have a whole new body"
