Your Pilates Spot is a 14 Bed Reformer Pilates studio in Browns Bay.  

Our studio is equipped with the beautiful and functional YR Envy reformers, available with two different bed heights (26 or 38cms) to suit your preference. 

Luxuriously padded for comfort, all reformers have adjustable headrests with three positions to suit all postural requirements, the eight-wheel carriage provides an amazingly smooth glide you will be delighted with, and with the added benefit of two levels of hooks providing additional resistance options to give you an amazing work out experience.  ​

The video content utilised in our studios is created by Pilates experts & physiotherapists.  This allows our instructors to focus on giving individual attention to each student for a personalised experience within a group class setting ensuring you get the most out of every session!
